Logging In

To use the service, you must be in possession of an account (login id or pin) and a password. If you do not have a login or PIN and password, you will need to contact your service commissioner(s) or account administrator who may create an account for you. You should only ever use your own account and must not share share your login details with anyone else. You may need to complete mandatory e-learning before being issued with a login and password. You should also ensure that your line manager is informed when an account needs to be deactivated or when you leave the service.

On first time login and from time to time, you will be prompted to change your password. There are rules governing length and complexity of passwords and these will be displayed at the time of the password change.

Please be careful when entering your password, if you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account may be locked to deter fraudulent use.
